Bitwise negate operand

 Action    name: BitwiseNegate

This command bitwisely negates the current operand. Please note that not all types of operands can be negated. It is not possible to negate and change sign of an operand simultaneously.

This command works only if the current assembler supports the bitwise negation operation.
