Unpacked database is dangerous
First of all, you can lose all information because you won't have a backup copy of the database. IDA makes modifications to the unpacked database and if some unexpected condition occurs during work, the unpacked database is usually damaged. IDA is able to repair such a database, but some information could be irreversibly lost leading to disastrous consequences.The only advantage of the unpacked database is that it is loaded very fast. Naturally, exiting to DOS is fast too.
If packing is disabled, in the next session you can't abort IDA.

If you want to disable this question in the future, you can do it by
modifying ASK_EXIT_UNPACKED parameter in IDATUI.CFG file.
