Does IDA 9.0 subscription require an online connection to work?

You will only need an online connection to download IDA 9.0. To use IDA 9.0, an online connection is not required. Named and computer licenses can work completely offline, and floating licenses can work on an air-gapped network as long as it has access to the license server.
