What will happen at the renewal date of my active licenses which are under a perpetual licensing model?

After the launch by Hex-Rays of the new subscription plans, all quotes for the renewal of your active licenses will be based on the new subscription plans. This means that you will have the opportunity to migrate your active licenses to a subscription-based licensing model in order to benefit from the latest product versions (sales@hex-rays.com).

If you prefer to renew your licenses under perpetual licensing terms, you will still have the option to do so, but you will not have access to IDA Pro release 9.0 and above versions. Customers remaining on a perpetual licensing model will only have access to bug fix releases of IDA 8.4.
