What happens to my existing perpetual licenses now that Hex-Rays has adopted a subscription-based licensing model?

Your active licenses under a perpetual licensing model will continue working and Hex-Rays will continue providing support as long as you renew your support periods.

However, IDA Pro 9.0 will not be available under perpetual licensing. It is only accessible through a subscription.

If you wish to upgrade to IDA 9.0, you have the option to transition your perpetual licenses to a subscription-based model at any time. If your support period is still active, you can upgrade to IDA 9.0 for the duration of your support period. For more details, contact sales@hex-rays.com.
