WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Engage with customers, researchers, analysts, and developers to gather feedback and uncover future needs through interviews, surveys, and direct dialogue.
- Define clear, actionable specifications and requirements for the engineering team, translating customer insights into concrete development briefs.
- Prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with developers, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
- Coordinate releases to ensure smooth, on-schedule delivery of features and fixes, acting as the glue between engineering, QA, and communications.
- Contribute to integrations and tooling in the IDA ecosystem, working hands-on where needed.
