To continue expanding our North American presence, we are seeking a Tech Evangelist who can drive business growth while passionately representing our brand and product portfolio.

Location: USA (East Coast preferred)

Role Overview

As a Strategic Tech Evangelist, you will play a critical role in promoting our products, in delivering tailored solutions to our customers, while being the face of our brand within the cybersecurity and reverse engineering communities. This dual role requires a deep understanding of IDA Pro or a similar tool, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to connect with customers and the broader technical community. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, increasing brand visibility, and championing our products to new and existing users in North America.

This strategic role requires deep technical expertise, business development capabilities, and established experience working with US government agencies and/or within the defense industry.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and public-facing representative of Hex-Rays, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and championing the adoption of newly launched Hex-Rays products across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they continue to see value in our products and services.

· Proactively advocate for and drive adoption of newly launched Hex-Rays products across the existing customer base, maximizing expansion.

· Build strong connections within the reverse engineering and cybersecurity communities to boost the product’s presence and influence.

· Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients in the cybersecurity, defense, government, educational and software development industries.

· Conduct product demonstrations, manage customer queries, and guide potential clients through the sales cycle.

· Engage with technical experts, influencers, and user communities to understand their needs and advocate for product improvements.

· Act as the primary advocate of the Hex-Rays products, representing Hex-Rays at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

· Contribute to online and offline discussions, blogs, forums, and social media to drive awareness and support for IDA Pro.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote Hex-Rays product portfolio and contribute to meet the team revenue targets.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns and gather market insights.

Key Qualifications

· Senior-level experience in technical evangelism, solutions engineering and technical sales within cybersecurity or enterprise software.

· Demonstrated experience working with US government agencies and/or within the defense industry (required).

· Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with IDA Pro or similar tools and reverse engineering workflows.

· Deep understanding of cybersecurity, malware analysis, vulnerability research, or offensive/defensive cyber operations.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel within North America to represent Hex-Rays at conferences and customer engagements.

· Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

· Active or prior security clearance is a plus.
