NOTES

1. We offer the following discounts:
   • 25% off for the second copy of the same product (new license)
   • bundle discount for new IDA and Decompiler licenses
   • 50% off for additional decompiler type (for example, ARM decompiler in addition to x86)
2. All discounts are automatically calculated by the system once all required information is provided.
3. The 25% discount can be manually applied if the end user already has 5 or more licenses for the product.
   The quotation system automatically applies it based on the contents of the cart.
4. Named licenses require the real end user's name and email.
   Generic names or emails are not accepted for named licenses.
5. Named licenses cannot be multi-seat.
6. Private users can order only named licenses.
7. Fixed decompiler licenses should be used with Named and Computer IDA licenses.
8. Renewals are possible for licenses within active support plan and also during three months after support plan expiration.
   The new one year support period is counted from the expiration date of the old support period.
   All new licenses entitle the end user to one year of support and free updates.
9. Purchase orders are accepted from governmental organizations and well known businesses for multiple license orders.
10. Our quotes are not binding without written confirmation.
11. EUR currency will be applied to all orders coming from European Union.
12. All sales are verified according to our internal KYC policies and processed manually.
13. We do not deliver to free email accounts, except IDA Home.
